Lately, I’ve been needing a bit of inspiration and motivation on the workout front. Since I have been working from home I have found it pretty hard to motivate myself to get to the gym in the morning. Only because I *feel* like I should be sitting in front of the computer all day – otherwise I would feel like shirking my duties. The thing is, I often work all throughout the day well into the night (like tonight) so I should allow myself those daytime hours for self improvement and me time. I’m working on it but I definitely need that extra push to “go now”! My brother’s girlfriend wants to get a membership at my gym too so perhaps having a workout pal again will do the trick? I’ll let you know.
