I am eating up the entire Kate Spade + Garance Dore collection for fall. The colours, the shapes and the textures are like the perfect autumn candy. Who doesn’t want a bangle inscribed with “all of the girls are crazy“? I imagine myself prancing in those turquoise and gold glitter heels at a rock concert on a hot September night (please?!) and flaunting that huge and beautiful cocktail ring in anyone’s face who will look and listen. And Garance Dore’s illustrations are absolutely darling as usual. This collaboration couldn’t be better.
Amidst all of the jewel tones, I find myself drawn to a ton of poppy black + white items that I pretty much envision living inside one of Jean-Luc Godard’s films or in Françoise Hardy‘s closet. Those shades are to die for and isn’t the bread bag a hoot?
I’m off to go listen to some ZouZou. xo
